The quality occupies within the corporate policy of ThermSys GmbH a prominent role. Quality and reliability are the most important factors for customers‘ trust in our company.
The established quality management system applies to all divisions that are responsible for the quality and reliability of our products and services.
Our flexible approach is closely connected with the pursuit of lasting quality and continuous improvement to ensure the high quality demands of our customers. The responsible fulfillment of the growing quality requirements will be implemented by modern, environmentally friendly production facilities, the qualifications, experience and personal performance of each employee and the constant contact with customers and suppliers. The continuous improvement process to optimize the technical and economic factors of production is substantially supported by education, training and exchange of experiences within and outside our company.

First priority is the quality and reliability of our products and applications. Through continuous improvement processes and close relation to our suppliers, this is achieved.
Inspection:
Already during the production by continuous testing, the individual production steps are monitored. Before the goods leave our house, a 100% inspection is performed.
